J. KURTZ Architects has been selected to lead the renovation of select public spaces within the Wexner Center for the Arts, located at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.

Originally designed by Peter Eisenman, the Wexner Center is a landmark of contemporary architecture. Our work respects and preserves this iconic vision while introducing updates that support the Center’s expanding educational and community-based programming.

The renovation includes a new classroom and maker space, a relocated retail store, and a reimagined welcome and ticketing zone — each tailored to serve the evolving needs of artists, educators, and visitors alike.

Construction is anticipated to begin in 2026.
